"Absolutely yummy! Made for our holiday celebration while staying in a hotel; mixed up as directed, threw it in the crock pot and let it go. Simply took a large meat fork at the end, twisted it around to "shred" the meat and then served on mini buns. Will be making this one again, for sure!!"

"Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful...made this tonight on a cold, blustery, snowy night in Minnesota and it was perfect. Only change I made was that I used Mexican shredded cheese instead of regular cheddar cheese as that's what I had here at the lake. It was comfort food at its very best!"

"This was a great recipe...and very forgiving too! I used all the ingredients pretty much as directed, except I threw the rice in uncooked and just let it simmer longer. As a result, my soup was more like stew, which we loved, and the flavor was fantastic. Made a nice large batch so guess what we'll be having for dinner tonight?"

"Finally got around to making this recipe for dinner last night! It was as easy as pie to make and very good. There was nothing we didn't like and would definitely make it again. Makes a good amount so we have some in the freezer for those last-minute meals. Thanks for a great recipe!"

"This was delicious!! Have abundant apples from our tree so will be making lots more of this. Love the cinnamon. Followed the directions exactly, using egg substitute equivalent to one egg. Hubbie kept raving as he was eating!!"
