"I had never really had kale before this soup, so I'll admit that it will be an acquired taste for me. By the end of the pot, I did grow to enjoy it. I will make this again but I may use a different green than kale. My husband enjoyed this, too, and he usually doesn't like soups. Even the kids ate it without too many complaints!"

"A really enjoyable soup. I did use the liquid smoke and cooked on the stove top instead of the microwave. I also used chicken broth and added a very small amount of browned, ground turkey. Instead of adding salt and pepper, I just sprinkled with lemon pepper seasoning in the bowl right before serving."

"This was very tasty. I used corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas and omitted the ground coriander (didn't have any. My kids ate it without complaint, which makes it a winner in my book. It was better the first day as the sauce thickened after refrigeration. I made enchiladas but had filling left over so I spread it on top of the enchilad..."

"I substituted truvia for the sugar in both the filling and the batter, so I'm not going to add stars to this rating as I didn't make the recipe as is. This is what I did and my findings: I used 8 packets of truvia in the filling to sub for the 1/3 cup sugar and sub'd 6 packets of truvia for the 1/4 cup sugar in the batter. Initially, everything ..."

"A really good banana bread. I would use this recipe again but next time I would cook for 65 minutes (did only 60 this time and add some walnuts for a contrasting texture. 5 bananas worked for me!"

"Good; my kids enjoyed them and ate them with no complaints. Read the reviews and became confused as the recipe says 3 eggs and many reviews said 2. I used 3 and had to cook my 24 mini quiches and extra 10 minutes or so. I'd make these again but only use 2 eggs or drain the veggies after sauting."

"Very, very good. Definitely a keeper! I omitted the cashews (only because I didn't have them and the raisins. I thought each individual could add the raisins as they liked. My kids won't eat them in cereal so I couldn't add to the whole batch. I added Craisins instead to mine. Next time I will try one less Tbs of sugar as I thought this was..."

"5 stars all the way! We all loved this and it was so easy to make. I didn't bother pounding the chicken breasts. I cut them in half (thickness wise and that was about 1/2 an inch thick. Served with rice and roasted veggies. I used panko crumbs (I had to double this bit as I had 6 chicken breasts, 2 eggs, tripled the sauce and omitted the ca..."

"My friend gave me this recipe several months ago and I only recently got around to trying it. It's very good as written, however, I made a pitcher using Simply Lemonade with mango which I liked much better - it became an orange bikini ; . I made it using Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay coconut rum. I'd make this again - it's quick, easy and tasty."
