"Roasting the chicken is key. I will second the comments that (using kosher salt the salad was not too salty. I think you can fairly safely assume salt used for any recipe on FN will be kosher, unless otherwise specified. I did modify the recipe just to lighten it up a bit. I used Hellmans Light and reduced fat sour cream. I also used only half o ..."

"I can count on one hand how many recipes I have taken the time to rate. This one is in our monthly rotation. Especially with the cold weather it is SO comforting, easy and delicious. Super quick for a crazy night. I will note that I have tried with both the refrigerated, frozen and the dry tortellini. The dry really does seem to be better.

"As usual Tyler comes through with a recipe that is worth the sometimes extra effort required. His recipes aren't necessarily super simple but they are typically reliably delicious."

"This was amazing. I used provolone and cheddar because that was what we had on hand. We had it with spicy tomato soup so we didn't miss the heat from the pepper jack.

Another grand slam. I have yet to try one of her recipes that wasn't great."

"My boys who ONLY like Manwich loved this. It really does taste exactly like it - minus that funky metallic taste that Manwich has.I used 1 teaspoon of onion powder instead of the flakes because I had it in the pantry. I also added 1/3 cup chopped onion the last minute or so browning the beef. I added the green peppers at that point too.Thi..."

    Reviewed Chicken Noodle Soup

"I made a few changes (1 t. Old Bay, and added 2 cups more stock and 1/2 more chicken. But these are just personal preferences. The soup was outstanding! The difference in the stock versus canned was so evident. I have always had issues in the past making good, clear stock and Tyler's technique was foolproof.

Taste the broth/veggies before add ..."

"This was an exception recipe. I did substitue cream of chicken for the mushrooms because I have kids who hate them (even little chunks. But I am sure it would have been delicious as is.I have a question for other posters however. Why give a recipe 3 stars when you don't make it like the Chef recommends? That doesn't seem right. If you change ..."

Reviewed Tomato, Basil and Cheese Baked Pasta

"Some of the best pasta I have ever had. I changed the recipe around a bit, using homeade pesto (made with lemon juice not oil, added 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella with the ricotta, used a jar of Newman's marinara, and baked instead of broiled. It was outstanding!"

"I see someone asked this question before but didn't get a response. I missed part of the show and need to know if the chili sauce is the ketchup kind or the hot thai kind. Please let me know as the recipe sounds delicious."

"I haven't tried the fish tacos, as my hubby and I are on a diet. But the Black Bean Salad was to DIE for. I made it for a family party (paired it with grilled chicken fajitas. Everyone left with the recipe. LOVE IT! The pineapple is the kicker I think."
