"These are very good! My only beef with them comes from the ingredients I used-- the butter I had in the fridge picked up some other tastes from being in the fridge so long, and the oats were rather stale. Ooops! Otherwise a good baking choice on a snowy winter day-- the house smells fabulous from the baking & cinnamon. Thanks for the tip on how..."

"YUM! I picked out this recipe because I wanted a London Broil recipe that wasn't covered in Cream of Mushroom soup, etc.and I had all the ingredients. Or I thought I did. I was fixing up the marinade and realized that I did not have cooking sherry, and on a whim I just splashed in some red wine vinegar! Next time I'll make sure I have sherry on h..."

"These are fantastic! I used one cup of whole wheat flour and one of all-purpose (instead of two of all-purpose, otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Quite easy to make, if a bit messy, although my daughter liked that bit. As the description states-- "the perfect balance between salt and sweet." Not too sweet, but just enough. Puffs up to lo..."

Next time I may add just a touch more sugar (American palates being obsessed with sugar & all! but the sweetness of the milk chocolate chips really went well with a lesser sweet muffin. Nice texture too!Note to American cooks:Caster sugar is just granulated sugar90g butter is abound 7 Tbsp (almost a whole stickBake a..."

"This was very good! I was looking for a recipe that would make a sweet noodle kugel similar to what I used to have when I worked at a kosher food market many years ago. I know back then it was out of the freezer, but where I live now you can't find much for kosher frozen food products. I remembered that the one we had was pareve, so I thought I w..."

"These were *really* good! I grew up on the Bisquick variety, but haven't had much luck making those, since I never seem to have baking mix in the house. I was hesitant as this recipe had an egg in it, but this recipe was just as easy as the Bisquick kind, and honestly had a lot more flavor! I'll be using this again. Thanks!"

"Pretty good! After reading the other reviews, I used the food processor with grater attachment, which I heartily encourage others to use-- so easy!! I would rather to use a sweet onion, and I would mince it rather than chop it next time. The nutmeg was interesting, and played very well with the pepper. It's worth a try with the nutmeg, but I'm..."

"I've been trying to find healthier recipes for my family, so we tried this one. This tasted quite like taco filling to us (in fact, my husband took the leftovers from lunch and made tacos with it for dinner! Being a "bean novice" I'm not sure that I cooked the lentils correctly, and there's always the possibility that I came onto this site look..."

"Yum! I made a few changes-- divided the recipe to a third, used leftover jasmine rice, took out the raisins, and added a bit of salt. I also didn't measure the rice since I wanted to just use up what I had, and ended up with too much rice. Flavor is wonderful, will definitely make this again."
