"Superb! I made it with the cheddar cheese as in the recipe, then topped with shredded Mexican blend of cheese. I have also made a canister of the sauce mix so we can simply scoop out 3T whenever we want to make this."

"Made this today to take to a friend who had oral surgery. Was a rush-job, so I used two cans of cubed potatoes and one can of cream of potato soup, the rest I did exactly as written. I shredded cheddar cheese and mixed in bacon bits into a separate bowl to be added as being served. I tasted it, of course. Delicious! This is going into my own ..."

"Great, easy recipe! I followed it exactly, but scooped the mixture into a greased mini-muffin tin and baked at 350 for 40 minutes. They had an almost "dressing" texture, so I made my mom's easy dressing gravy recipe to pour over. We're trying to eat healthier, and the oven baking was much less messy than frying stovetop. "Excellent recipe! I couldn't find my apple cobbler recipe, so I searched for "baked apples" and this came up. I added about one cup oatmeal mixed into 2T melted butter, sprinkled over the top. Otherwise, everything stayed the same and it turned out great!"

"Wonderfully easy! I followed the recipe exactly this time, but next time I think I'll omit the meat and serve it separately, but only because my dear husband thinks he needs the meat on the side. ;- I recommend this for anyone wanting a quick and easy dish that can be adjusted to suit your own taste. Thanks!"

"These were great! I shredded the carrot very fine, and no one ever knew they were included (and I'll never tell!. My batch made 30 mini muffins, and the texture was great, they had just the right amount of "rise" and with a bit of extra cinnamon I passed them off as cinnamon muffins. These will become a regular school-time snack. Thanks!"

"The only reason I give this recipe a "4-star" is that it didn't turn out with the crust and fudgy texture I expected. My results were more cake-like, but still a 5-star for taste! The aroma as they were cooking was absolutely wonderful! If you're having an "open house" you definitely need to put these in the oven before your guests arrive. I d..."

"Very easy for the breakfast quiche! We're at the end of the month and cleaning the pantry before shopping again, so I had no butter. I substituted shortening instead. Didn't have the buttery taste I expect with the butter, but it was very good as the crust for the quiche! I can only imagine how good it will be when I have all the ingredients. ..."

"The kids fussed at first because I strayed from the traiditional mac & chz, but once they took a few bites they were hooked! No leftovers for us!"
