    "Try mixing the sourcream with one egg and pour it on the top. Leave it in oven until it browns. You need some smoked meat in it or some sausage otherwise it is quite blend."

    "Gulyas is a soup in Hungary. The recipe here is a beef P�?RK�?LT which is a paprika based stew. If it is a Gulyás there should be celery or parsnip inside and cumin."

    "Hungarians call it NOKEDLI and not nockerl. That is the Austrian name of it. So if this should be a Hungarian dish then pls change the name. I am Hungarian and live in Hungary though I never called it Spaetzle or Nockerl."
