For fun, I love to watch college football with other OU fans "GO SOONERS" I love running with my dog. Playing tennis, and I am addicted to ebay. And of course I love watching the Food Network, particularly The Barefoot Contessa.
Favorite foods...beef wellington!!!, garlic mashed potatoes, all types of salad, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, ambrosia salad. Anything chocolate. Apple crisp...hmmm getting hungry.
Dish I am famous for is Beef Wellington, It is really my grandmother's recipe. She was an amazing woman with some great dishes.
Favorite Restaurant: Tough, but I have to say the Mansion Hotel in Dallas. I have always had the most wonderful food there, and it is where my husband and I got engaged.
