"My 15 year old son made these last night for us with little help, and they really turned out great. We did add an apple and doubled the onions, 'cos we like them together with pork. "Made this for my VERY BIG ITALIAN fiancee' for his birthday and we all loved it! Sauce was very good, I admit! Left it chunky 'cos we like it like that. Only change I made to keep chicken crispy was to finish "restaurant-style", by placing cooked chicken on baking sheet, topping with sauce and cheese, then broiling for a bit since everything else ..."
