    "I thought this sounded great! Raw squash, the goat cheese dressing all sounded so nutritions and tasty. Well, it's not. The raw squash reminded me too much of raw potatoes. It overpowered the dressing and everything else. Sorry, Tyler, this one needs some work. "

    "Great nutritional alternative to a green salad! Last time I made it I was missing the red pepper and herbs (cilantro parsley and basil and it was still great. Everyone loved it!
