Reviewed Leek, Potato and Tomato Frittata
    Handle
     |  By Terese

"This was great! I made it without the olives and with fresh roma tomato instead of sun-dried, and it was wonderful. I think I'll make it again with one less potato and perhaps toss in some mushrooms and/or bell pepper, too. Great recipe! Thank you!"

    Handle
     |  By David GM

"This recipe is awesome! I added a little ground ginger for some extra anti-inflammatory properties, and I used canned lentils instead of dry (so just skipped the first step, and it's wonderful! I'll eat it again and again! Thanks!"

     |  By Mirj

"Easy, healthy, and easy to re-heat...thanks! I'm on a sugar-free diet, and blueberries are one of the only fruits I can eat because of their low-glycemic index. I made this in the crock pot and then stirred in frozen blueberries to cool down the cereal and defrost the berries...perfect breakfast!"
