"Excellent. We used ground beef instead of chicken (was all I had on hand and I changed things slightly per our taste. Excellent recipe...chimis are my fav and I never could get them crisp enough in the oven! Worked like a charm. Can't wait to use chicken. "These were great cookies more of a cake consistency than cookie. The frosting was a little too runny and made a complete mess for me. I'll probably leave it off next time. Very tasty tho!"

"This was interesting. Not quite what I was expecting but tasty all the same. My hubby wasn't as keen on it. I'll probably add some things (cayenne pepper and garlic and use less ginger. I'll try it again for sure. The chicken was very tender which was great!"
