    "A very good stand alone recipe as written and a great recipe to build on with other veggies such as peppers,mushrooms other root veggies.
    I used 2 carrots 1/4 cup red &green bell pepper mixed W/recipe and cut back on the salt used season salt and the potato cakes were wonderful will do this recipe again and again."
