"Pretty good! I put one extra can of mushroom soup over the top but that is the only change I made. I had thick boneless pork loin chops that I butterflied and everything cooked in 30 minutes."

"First let me say that I LOVE RACHAEL RAY that is why I keep trying her recipes. So far I have not really enjoyed any of them including this one and the RED WHITE BEANS (taste like canned pork and beans with rosemary. This was not good. I think though that most recipes that come from someone on the northeast coast just are not agreeable in taste t ..."

"my meatloaf is better and easier but I have become a fan of the Balsamic Glaze even though my husband still prefers traditional plain old tomato sauce on his.
Bobby's has too much chopping. I have incorporated a few more veggies in mine when I have extra on hand though thanks to Bobby for that too."

"Really fabulous. We love it with some crusty bread. I have made this three times and once I did not have italian sausage but I had a bag of ham ends and pieces (that I use for beans so I used that in place of the bacon and sausage and my husband preferred the ham."

"Pretty good little meatloafs. You don't have to heat up the house with the oven either. Had to add one can tomamto sauce and some extra basil to make a little sauce though. I think they will be a five after I get down how much seasoning to use a little better. Will make again."

"Recipe was a bit bland. I think I can keep the ingredients (maybe cut out the cheese but change the way it is cooked as a whole and do better next time. Like saute the onions and garlic and use the oil for the fish and leave cilantro till the very end and just make a poblano and cream sauce. I will report back."
