"Awesome...next time I make this I need to double the recipe. We are a family of 4 and each had 2 wraps and everyone was asking for more. As a previous reviewer had suggested, I added 1 T of hoison sauce plus I added about 1/4 C water. As for the mincing of the chicken, I just rough chopped the chicken. Will definitely make again soon."

"I liked the texture and super easy to make but I feel the Parmesan was too strong, will make again but cut back on the cheese or use another type. Wonder what cheese would be a good replacement for quiejo de Minas?!"
