    "AMAZING! There is now no need to go out for Indian food (unless of course I want to treat myself to an evening without the prep and clean-up! I used lite-coconut milk instead of the cream and 1 1/2 t. ground ginger instead of ginger root. Served w/basmati and naan is a MUST!! for soppin' up the sauce!!"
