    "I am anxious to try this recipe. I LOVE roasted asparagus and in season we have it at least 2x per week.

    I can't find white balsamic vinegar at our stores here. Looking for a substitution suggestion. Plain white vinegar? Rice vinegar? white wine vinegar?

    I'm not that familiar w/cooking w/vinegars.
