    "I learned how to make Sauerbraten from Austrian mother in law, was very good,
    Used Alton Brown's recipe and modified it, kept everything as recipe, but added couple carrots, onions, potatoes and one stalk of celery.
    After meat was done, removed all small spices, and with immersible stick blender, puree the gravy with the potatoes, carrots onions"

    Reviewed Copycat Chili's Grilled Baby Back Ribs

    "I make the sauce and follow instructions. when ribs are ready I drain the liquid defat it and boil it down to thicken, add some BabyRay sauce and put it in a bottle (empty BabyRay sauce bottle)
    dont' put ribs on the grill, but sometime put them back in foil and infrared for a few minutes,
    ribs are moist and tender."

    Learned to cook after I retired, Like to try new recipes, I do not change the recipes, I improve them. Official designate TiramiSu maker for every birthdays and holidays for all the members of the family.
    Hobbies, Growing radicchio and lettuce during the winter months, have not bought any salad greens for over five years,
    Growing Basil and making pesto and growing horseradish roots and making horseradish.

    Bowling, golfing, watching Formula one races, and bicycling. and watching the Packers win and the Bears loose

    Favorite Foods

    Italian pot roast, Ragu' Bolognese, and any light pasta sauces from northern Italy
    Make a good Sauer Bratten, ( Better than Mader's restaurant of Milwaukee )
    Risotto with mushrooms, chicken Stir fry over rice.
    also I get togheter with a few friends and make Garlic Anchovies Spagehetti, wife will leave the house for a few hours, does not like garlic, our moto is There's never enough garlic.
    Make Polenta e Baccala alla Vicentina.
