    I am a South African living in the UK. I have a passion for well prepared "comfort food". Nothing makes me more angry than going out for a meal and you have to pay over the odds for food that you can prepare better at home - thus I am not going out that often.

    Favorite Foods

    I love to cook meat - any shape, cut or variety. Most of my friends love my bobotie (traditional South African dish, but personally I think I like my slow cooked leg of lamb the best.
