"YUM! I had a hankering for some homemade mac and cheese. So glad I found your recipe. So many out there use velveeta, but there's just no replacing cheddar cheese. : I did not add mustard powder, but I will try it next time. I used homemade bread crumbs and added some extra shredded cheddar to the top."

"These were wonderful! The only thing I like at Taco Bell are their Enchiritos, so I decided to give these a try. These were easy to throw together! I have a few suggestions that may be helpful: 1. Be sure you have plenty of sauce. Since the recipe did not specify how much, I just bought an 8 oz. jar. It was not quite enough, IMO. 2. Taco/..."

"YUMMMM! I loved the lightly breaded chicken. It was a nice addition to the sauce and cheeses. I used baby portabello mushrooms and it was fantastic. This was very rich, so I served it over mixed grains & rice to even it out. I will be making this again, but with sauteed onions instead of fresh green ones. Thanks!"

"ABS:LUTELY INSANELY YUMMY! I had 3 overripe Bosc pears about to go in the trash when the inspiration struck to try and make pear sauce. I found your recipe and voila! I only had 3 pears, so I halved the recipe. I used *turbinado sugar* and added a couple of dashes of *cinnamon*. These never actually made it into the blender to make sauce, ho..."

"MMM! This was very good, my only complaint was that it used a LOT of milk. I am going to play with it and see if I can cut it down a bit. I have read reviews that disliked the "frothy" texture, but here's a tip - after blending, let it sit a while. The air bubbles *pop* and it's nice and smooth. This recipe is well-suited for keeping in the f..."

"I wish I could give it 4 1/2! This was very good. I only had 1 lb. of meat, so cut the milk down to 1/2 c. It was still a little "wet", so I added more bread crumbs. (I didn't have bread crumbs on hand, so I chopped 2 slices of multigrain bread in the blender until fine. I cooked at 350 for 1 hr. and added the sauce to the top and baked ano..."

"This was a simple and easy to make dish. I had never made a recipe using mole before, I think it's a little bland for my taste. If I make it again, I might consider topping it with some hot enchilada sauce. Thanks!"

"No complaints! This was a simple, refreshing chicken salad...It made a yummy lunch! I divided the recipe, as I only had one chicken breast. I boiled the chicken and used 1/2 Light Mayo and 1/2 Fat-Free Plain Yogurt. In my eagerness to get the salad into my tummy, I forgot to add the Cranberries. OOPS! Well, it was still great! "I did not care for this. I have no suggestions to improve upon it, but I think the bread crumbs may have made this too dry. The pancakes were crumbly and hard to form, they fell apart and were rather bland. I liked the idea, these just didn't do it for me."
