"This was amazing! I didn't have black beans & subbed with white. It has the sweetness from the mango & the savory from the onions & dressing. Simply sublime!"

"Really good! You don't get the weird turkey taste in this - it's just a tasty meatloaf. I used only 1 pound of turkey with a little extra breadcrumbs. And the meat is much healthier. My husband was skeptical about the turkey - but he loved it! He said he wouldn't have known it was turkey."

"Very good! I added a lot more sesame oil and soy sauce cuz it tastes soooo good! The egg with the soy sauce and sesame oil is a great trick! Will definitely keep this in my arsenal - so easy & quick!"

"Deliciously fantastic! I didn't have any cream on hand so I used 2% milk instead, then added a touch of flour to thicken. Worked great! Served with spaghetti and spring veggies with chicken. Yums!"

"As my husband said "this is what potato soup should taste like." I used chicken broth instead of water and added a can of corn at the end. I pureed about 1/2 of it - made it nice & thick. I also would have preferred to have the bacon crispy - so I will precook all of it next time."
