"This was quick, easy, and delicious. I halved the sauce for 1.5 lbs of chicken breasts, and there was plenty of sauce. Make sure to use a really good quality curry powder - it makes the recipe! I served it over couscous."

"I thought the cake was quite good for being so low fat. The frosting was a little weird - tangy and strange tasting. My 4 year old scraped it off before she would eat the cake, but the adults all ate it. I think next time I would just use fat free cool whip to top it, or I'd sift powdered sugar over the top."

"This is really quick and simple to make (one bowl, and the end result is fabulous! It has gotten rave reviews every time I've made it. I've never tried it with huckleberries; I've always used blueberries. Added note - I had always used neufchatel when making this recipe, but used fat free cream cheese for the first time today, and it somehow c..."

"I've made this pie many times and it always gets rave reviews. I use a 1/2 cup of butter without altering any of the other proportions, and it comes out perfectly. Oh, I tend to skip the nuts because the people I make the pie for tend not to be nut lovers."

"This has been a family favorite in my house since the recipe was first listed in Cooking Light years ago. It is hearty and flavorful, but still relatively healthy, and not very spicy for those who like milder flavors."

"I've made this recipe twice now. The first time I followed it exactly, and I would have given it 4 stars. It was very good, but it seemed like something was missing. This time, I added 3 andouille sausages, sliced thin, and substituted a can of tomatoes and green chiles for the can of whole tomatoes. With these changes, I give the recipe 5+ st..."

"I made this version of bourbon chicken for the first time tonight, and loved it! I made about 1.5 times the amount of sauce the recipe calls for, and added a bit of corn starch toward the end to thicken the sauce. I added steamed broccoli and served it over white rice, and the end result was excellent. My husband prefers the bourbon-free versio..."

"This dish is so incredibly delicious! I used the substitute spices, and want to try it next time with the spice blend and preserved lemons. I can't imagine that it could be any tastier. I wish I could find more crock pot meals that are this interesting, healthy, and delicious."

"Wow was this soup good! I used fat free half and half, and it still came out really thick and rich. I lightly blended it with an immersion blender, so it was thick with small chunks of broccoli and carrots, and it was just perfect. Next time I'm going to cut back a bit on the butter and cheese to shave some fat and calories - I think it will st..."

"These were amazing - totally authentic. They looked really impressive, and received rave reviews from everyone. They were the one dessert out of many that was gone by the end of the evening. I needed to use quite a bit more water than the recipe called for to make the icing the right consistency, and then I had to make a half batch more of icin..."
