I'm a 21 year old college student and I LOVE to eat. I am trying to become a better cook, baker, and hostess. I don't have much experience, but these are the things I can cook consistently so far:
-Chicken and vegetable stir fry
-Curried chicken (the first recipe I tried from Recipezaar, and it was excellent!)
-Cajun red potatoes
After three years of the dining hall, I'm living off campus and am trying to make healthy meals.
Indian, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Thai, Japanese, Persian, American
I'm up for trying cuisine from any part of the world, although I am picky about meat.
These are some of my favorite dishes:
Bulgogi, philly steak and cheese, chicken and black bean sauce, chicken pad thai, chicken pad see ew, chicken kabobs, chicken masala, chicken marsala, samosas, pierogies, quesadillas, burritos, fajitas, cheeseburgers, gyoza, wontons, anything my mom makes, the list is ENDLESS
As for fruit, veggies, and baked goods--I'll eat them all!
