"Agree with the other reviews as this is a TERIFFIC recipe. the meat falls off the bones. Mine were not as crispy as one would like but I think if you pat dry the wings after boiling them, they will get crispy enough in the oven. Also, the a half cup of hot sauce and teaspoon of butter makes enough wing sauce for 2-3 lbs of wings."
