"This has been my go to Fall recipe for the past 3 years!! I LOVE that they are low in fat AND ever so moist. I have replaced All the oil for applesauce and they get a bit rubbery in texture, plus they stick to the papers as noted by others. "very flavorful! I didn't have dried parsley so I snipped some fresh from the garden... the only problem was when I flipped it over in the oven, a lot of the breading fell off. Maybe more EVOO? regardless, a super tasty way to enjoy fish! thank you! will cook again :"
