    "These were awesome!!! Best ribs we've ever had! I took the advice of a couple of reviews. After saucing I let them sit in the fridge for a couple hours, then sauced them again and put them in the oven at 275 for 3 hours. The meat was so tender it was almost falling off the bone. We sauced them again and transfered to the BBQ grill to caramelize th..."

    "This recipe was wonderful! Time consuming as you have to simmer the meat sauce for an hour, but worth the wait! I used my food processor to mince up the veggies and ham to make less knife work and grated fresh parmesan on top.

    This one's definately a keeper!"
