    Reviewed Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup

    "This soup is amazing. LOVE. Well worth the effort for sure. A good addition would be wild rice. I also pureed it slightly to thicken the soup up a bit.

    Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

    "Alton, you're a turkey God. I'd never made a Turkey before so I decided to test drive this recipe over the summer. Perfection. This evening I decided to take the same method and do a roasted chicken. I used lemon, rosemary and lemon pepper instead of the other seasonings/aromatics for the turkey and only left it in the brine overnight (figured it was a much smaller bird). Again, perfection. I'll never not brine.
