    "lol, I had no idea that this was another Utah oddity. I'm from Ogden, Utah and woke up today with a craving for some scones, but none of the recipes called for deep-frying and I was a little confused. I'm glad I found this recipe, since it's the only kind of scone I've ever known. Thank you for posting!"
