    Reviewed Sweet Potato Casserole

"YUM! Thanks for this recipe. My 8 yr old son said the topping tasted like pecan pie. I used a large can of sweet potatoes, mashed. The sweet potato ratio to the topping was totally off. Next time I will use 2 cans of sweet potatoes. Thanks again!"

    Reviewed Corn Pudding

"I cannot stress the importance of a big oblong pan. I made this for Thanksgiving in a 8x8 square. It spilled over. The butter pooled in the center and had to be poured off, as it extended cooking time. Flavor and texture overall were good. Puffy and sweet. I will make it again, but with a MUCH bigger pan."
