"My son raved over this dressing! I usually make EVOO-based dressings and we really enjoyed a creamy dressing for a change. This would definitely be preferred over any store-bought creamy dressings. Thanks for posting."

    Reviewed Cranberry Sauce

     |  By Karen From Colorado

"I have always made cranberry sauce using this recipe, but will all water. It was always a tad too tart for me. This year for TG, I took one reviewer's advice and used one half water and one half orange juice. It made all the difference to me; just enough sweeter. Loved it!!! Thank you!"

"Thank you so much for this recipe. I have made mashed potatoes for years guessing at the amount of potatoes, milk and butter, and then wondered if they would turn out okay. This time, I made my potatoes with confidence. I did did cut down on the butter somewhat, but otherwise used the amount of milk to potatoes. Delicious!"

"I thought this sauce was a 5 star flavor, but gave it 4 because we thought it was a little too sweet. I will definitely make again - it's quick and easy using ingredients you already have on hand - but, will cut down a little on the sugar. Thanks!"

"When I was a kid, we used to drive to a nearby town to get hot subs at a pizza place - they were so delicious. I have never seen a pizza place or a sub place that had anything like them, but I've always kept an eye out for a similar recipe or restaurant sub (most subs, even Italian, are served cold. The meats in this are what attracted me and I..."

"Since my husband is a rice lover and not a slaw lover, I was surprised when he said he would try the slaw (I offered to make rice for him. He really liked the added crunch. I agree that the cilantro and peanuts are a must, and I added 4 onions - will try sprinkling some fresh on top next time as suggested. We also thought it was too salty, and..."

"I wanted something different for Christmas and decided on duck. I was a little nervous because I had never made duck before, but this was very easy - even I was impressed! Perhaps it cooked a little longer than it needed to, but it was still moist and tender. I served it with wild rice, roasted green beans and a cucumber slaw my husband found t..."

"Before we moved, my son used to order a Cuban panini at a local deli. I never knew what was in the sandwich. When I saw this recipe, I decided to try them for him since he was coming home from college for Christmas. They were a hit. My tip is to butter the side of the sandwich you are going to toast first and don't butter the other side until ..."

"What is the membrane anyway? I couldn't find anything to remove. We all enjoyed the ribs, although after cooking 4-1/2 hours in the oven, and basting on the grill with sauce, the baby backs weren't cooked through and we had to put them back on the grill. They were also fatty. I had one rack of baby backs and one of regular back - we liked the ..."

    Reviewed Lemon Baked Cod

"I chose this recipe because of the excellent reviews when I was looking for a new way to prepare cod. I don't know what I did wrong, but the flour turned into a gloppy paste - I couldn't even eat it. Perhaps the bread crumbs would work better, but probably won't try it again."
