I modified just a bit by mincing a 1/4 onion and blending that in also.
Used the oven method and baked for 25 minutes @ 350 and that did the trick but next time I will cover to keep them a little a bit more moist. They were still very good with the fettuccine and white sauce. I just love this web site!"

"Very good soup. I also pureed 1/3 of the beans for the cream effect. I used 2 bay leafs instead of 1. 2 small fresh diced potatoes. 3 small cans chicken broth. good eaten!"

"Very good chile. I will use chili beans though next time as the kidney beans too tough to digest. I also cut down brown sugar by 30% from 1/2 cup and still too sweet. I will use 2 tablespoons next time. The substance of the chili was just excellent. Good concoction of spices is what makes it good eatin!"
