    "Miraklegirl, your recipe is splendid. I think this is a sephardic recipe of the now gone (from Lebanon Lebanese Jewish community. I am also of Lebanese descent and really impressed with yours. The cumin and the large amount of olive oil is surprising but incredible in this recipe."
