"This was wonderful beyond words. It was so light. I made a few changes. Instead of tilapia, I used walleye. Instead of using raspberry vinegar, I used Smuckers Red Raspberry jelly. "I do the exact same thing as this for my husband to take to work.We change it up to use either bacon/turkey bacon, sausage or ham slices for the meat. It's alot cheaper than fast food and you can control what type of bread, cheese, egg, etc. I try and use wheat or whole wheat english muffins, You can use egg substitutes if you want along w/re..."

"Fabulous! This was a total hit w/my sister and parents and me too! I didn't have any red peppers so didn't add those. I eyeballed the walleye and had a smaller can of crab. I used Panko bread crumbs because I ran out of regular ones. Thank you so much for this recipe. I'm trying find different uses for walleye."
