"This was wonderful beyond words. It was so light. I made a few changes. Instead of tilapia, I used walleye. Instead of using raspberry vinegar, I used Smuckers Red Raspberry jelly. I filled a 1/4 cup mostly w/the jelly and then just threw some rice wine vinegar to fill the remainder of the cup. I was so pleased with this and it is definately ..."

"I do the exact same thing as this for my husband to take to work.We change it up to use either bacon/turkey bacon, sausage or ham slices for the meat. It's alot cheaper than fast food and you can control what type of bread, cheese, egg, etc. I try and use wheat or whole wheat english muffins, You can use egg substitutes if you want along w/re..."

"Fabulous! This was a total hit w/my sister and parents and me too! I didn't have any red peppers so didn't add those. I eyeballed the walleye and had a smaller can of crab. I used Panko bread crumbs because I ran out of regular ones. Thank you so much for this recipe. I'm trying find different uses for walleye."
