"I've made this several times since my husband always requests it. I, too, never have any oil left after frying the meat and the coating is never greasy. Perhaps it's because I use an electric skillet. We love this recipe and the gravy it produces. Note to self: cook in skillet on 325 degrees."

"Cooked this for dinner. I substituted ground beef for the sausage and used pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar (which was awesome. It was a heavy dish though with the cream cheese but at least that made it edible. The beef/cream cheese mixture was so thick that the egg mixture didn't penetrate leaving with distinct layers. It wasn't a terri..."

"A winner! I've never made brown butter before or at least on purpose and it's delicious! Ran out of soy sauce so I substituted Braggs Liquid Aminos which is very similar but more healthy. Will make this again."

"These are so good! Watch the time, the first batch got too dark. Using parchment paper helped with sticking to the pan. I added a light amount of shredded sharp cheese on top before rolling up. I used two cans of rolls in two different brands and could tell a difference. Next time I will opt for the higher quality brand of crescent rolls only."

"Wonderful! I used onion powder instead of fresh onion. Had 20 huge jalapenos so I used 2 packages of cream cheese. I softened the cream cheese first and then added the garlic salt and onion powder and used a hand mixer to blend it well. I put it in a ziploc bag and piped the cream cheese in the peppers. Even though they were big peppers a hal..."

"Yum! I was looking for something different and this is it! Didn't have any green onion and omitted the nuts due to allergy and this is still fantastic! I used pineapple tidbits which were the perfect size for my dish. The nutmeg really stands out. Oh dear, I just realized I forgot to add the lemon juice. Can't wait to make this again and sha..."

"Wow, this is really good. I had made a grilled chicken with a different marinade the day before I made this and this one is so much better. The other used a soy sauce marinade and where it was good, this one beat it by a mile. I used the reduced sodium Old Bay Seasoning and it was perfect. I scaled the servings down so I wouldn't waste any."

"I liked the simplicity of this recipe. Only issue I had was waiting for the broth/cornstarch mixture to thicken up in the pan. Consequently I cooked the sauce longer than the directions stated and the lemon slices cooking longer made the sauce almost inedible. I salvaged it by added about 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of sugar. Next time I won't add t..."

"This was okay. I didn't add the milk, thankfully. It was eaten all up so I might make again. Doesn't taste like the frozen green bean casserole from Green Giant,"
