"This was delicious. It's just like a Vietnamese sandwich wrap without the high calories of the rice flour crepe. I cooked my shrimp in a teaspoon of olive oil and at the end added the onion, basil/cilantro, and I chose mango instead of papaya. Drizzle the liquid gold plus fish sauce on and ENJOY!"

"I've always been too intimidated to attempt this dish but this recipe was a great intro to Ethiopian cuisine. I tweaked it by adding a 1/4 cup chicken broth as suggested and I only used 1tblsp paprika because I couldn't imagine using much more than that for a dish serving only4-6. Thank you Megstar!!"

"DELICIOUS! My only fault with it is the salt. I'd cut it in half. I took this recipe and added these spices suggested by another recipe: 2 tblsp coriander, 1/2 tsp allspice, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp cloves"
