"This is a great tasting salsa. This is our second year making this salsa. We did peel the tomatoes. Last year we used 2 1/2 cups jalepenos, this year we used 2 cups. Next year I think we will use 1 1/2 cups as it is still a bit on the hot side. Still it is the best salsa we have ever tasted."
