They liked that it wasn't too sweet, but wished it was a little thicker in the sauce so I would drain the tomatoes AND reduce the 1 cup of water to 3/4 cup. Yum!"

We used cooked plain white rice on top, and Tex Mex cheese on top instead of parmesan (but would maybe use both next time) and might reduce the first cooking time as the rice dried out a bit.
