Reviewed Light Sauteed Tilapia With Lemon Broth
"This was a great, easy way to cook fillets, even for amateur (or less) cooks like me! We did it almost as described, except I will thicken the lemon sauce a bit more next time."

Reviewed Chicken and Italian Sausage Bake
"We doubled the recipe and made two casseroles. We used cooked plain white rice on top, and Tex Mex cheese on top instead of parmesan (but would maybe use both next time) and might reduce the first cooking time as the rice dried out a bit. The kids liked it - add seasoning if you like a stronger flavour."

Reviewed General Tso's Chicken (Tso Chung Gai)
"This is NOT a 30 minute total time recipe. More like an hour to hour and a half (but I;m a slow cook!) We did not have sherry so substituted apple juice, and did not have Chinese rice wine vinegar, so we used rice vinegar instead. We didn;t have chilis or green onion so just fried up regular onions and threw in some dried chili pepper ..."

Reviewed Meatballs in BBQ Sauce
"This was enjoyed by the whole family. I definitely will cut the sugar down to between 1 and 1.5 cups, and perhaps reduce the amount of milk as well since they were quite soft. Delicious with rice and a veggie, or even with an egg noodle. Will definitely make again. Made the two dishes complete and will freeze one, then thaw heat and serve."

Reviewed Country Fare Breakfast
"Yum! I used all the indicated ingredients but just used whatever cheese I had on hand (tex mex and cheddar) and dried parsley. The kids loved it, the adults enjoyed it too. Quick and easy, but we had to cook longer as we didn't have an oven safe pot so had to transfer. Cooked an extra 10-15 minutes that way to firm up the egg. Will definitely ..."

Reviewed Cheesy Ham and Potatoes (Oamc)
"This was tasty (if a little salty - I'm guessing it's the cream of celery soup). The kids and my husband liked it. I would probably add some under cooked veggies just to add something other than carbs, meat and dairy."

Reviewed Seashells' Crock Pot BBQ Ribs!
"YUM! Very clean plates at our house tonight! We used Kraft Bullseye Bold Original BBQ sauce, but didn't have the liquid smoke (which would have made it even better!) I found the time was a little off, and I cooked them on high for 6 hours and they were fall off the bone ready! (I put them in the sauce for another hour after that on low). The ki..."

Reviewed Easy Parmesan and Cream Cheese Pasta Sauce
"Super easy! Added real bacon bits, and used 1/3 parmesan, 1/4 spicy/tex mex cheese. Yum!"
