    "I was skeptical, as this recipe seemed TOO easy. It really IS that easy, and it IS good! I agree with the other posters to reduce the liquid by 1/2 cup. I will also be experimenting with other additional spices the next time I make it. Also, I used Lundgren's Short Grain Brown rice, and it turned out great."
