    "Very good. Always add garlic slowly while tasting because garlic comes in various strengths. If you are vegan, try omitting cheese or using nutritional yeast as a substitute."

    "I thought this was delicious too. I don't see how this recipe serves 10, it makes about 5 servings for me. I top the burgers with mustard to bring a savory taste to balance the sweetness of the carrots. although the mustard may not be raw. Quick and easy recipe."

    "I made this recipe as cupcakes and then took them to a college class to expose the students to raw foods. Two people asked me for the recipe! This is a delicious dish to serve to people trying raw food for the first time. They were very surprised to learn the icing was cashews and not cream cheese!"
