    About Me

    I am a mother of 3. The two oldest are boys and are eating me out of house and home and the oldest is only 6! Can't imagine what it will be like when they hit teenagers. lol

    I'm always looking for fast, inexpensive recipes. I try to keep each meal at or under $10 total. My family and I eat healthy organic foods, which tends to make my budget a little hard but doable.

    We enjoy going to the local farmers market every week. We hang out there and eat breakfast, listen to music and go grocery shopping.

    I really don't have a favorite meal to cook. I just cook whatever my family wants. But I do make a really good chicken enchilada dish, fish tacos and some other things too.

    My family also enjoys going to restaurants every now and then. Some of our favorites are Chuy's, Kerbey Lane Cafe on Tuesdays (kids eat free) and Carino's family night (Monday).

    Favorite Foods

    My husband and sons are all about mexican food. They love their chips, salsa and everything mexican. As for me ... I'm up for almost anything.
