    "I first tried Kluskies at a Polish Restaurant in SF. The ones that I tried were large (egg-size and very tender - they melted in my mouth with every byte.So I decided to make large ones instead.     "I have changed it a bit. I stir-fried 3 lbs of various mushrooms for 2 minutes, added garlic, added 1 lb of tofu in 15 minutes. Let it all become crispy, then added a cup of pesto (basil, olive oil and garlic - stir-fried for 15 minutes. I added pasta to the pan and let pasta become a little crispy. Turned out really nice"

    "I was raised on stuffed bell peppers! My mom made them perfectly: she stuffed whole bell peppers with a similar mixture and simmer them for hours in water and tomato sauce.
