"I have changed it a bit. I stir-fried 3 lbs of various mushrooms for 2 minutes, added garlic, added 1 lb of tofu in 15 minutes. Let it all become crispy, then added a cup of pesto (basil, olive oil and garlic - stir-fried for 15 minutes. I added pasta to the pan and let pasta become a little crispy. Turned out really nice"
