    "Delicious! Instead of fish, I put the caponata on grilled chicken. Also, added a diced heirloom tomato and a few mushrooms. YUM. Really, really tasty. Try the recipe!"

    "Great bolognese sauce. Like other raters, I also found that the recipe called for too much salt. IMO, it nearly ruined the sauce. If their wasn't a salt issue, I would have given it 5 stars. My suggestion, use 1/2 tablespoon of salt to start. You can always add more!"

    "Very tasty. The spreadable cheese makes a very nice sauce. I used a "light" spreadable cheese and it worked just fine. I made this as a main dish by adding asparagus and grilled chicken to the recipe."
