"Amazing. I can't say I followed the recipe exactly...here's what I did: Used roughly 1 cup carrot, 1.5 cup zucchini and 1 cup chopped apple. Omitted orange zest. Reduced sugar down to a little less than 1 cup, reduced oil to 1/2 cup and added 1 individual portion unsweetened apple sauce (about 1/3 c?. Increased vanilla to 2 tsp. It was perf..."

"Wonderful, simple biscuits. I reduced sugar to 1 tbsp and added a couple handfuls of shredded cheddar and about 1/3 tsp garlic powder. Took advice of another reviewer and cut into squares. Made 12 medium-sized biscuits. The only biscuit recipe you need-perfect for strawberry shortcake with the added sugar."

"I mostly had to review this because of the very entertaining directions. Only would say to simmer the whole chicken a bit longer, I usually do for at least an hour or more, especially if you cover it with water instead of broth."

"This is my second attempt at apple cake and this recipe was much better than the last! I used half whole wheat flour, 1/2 c LESS sugar, and added about a tablespoon of lemon juice (my apples were not tart. I used 1/2 & 1/2 for the caramel sauce and it worked fine. The only thing is the sauce made too much so unless you'll use it for something ..."

"I worked at Cheesecake Factory a few years ago and this was my favorite item on the menu. I looked up the recipe one day (the cooks let me and this is the EXACT recipe. I only prepare the corncakes and the red salsa (and top with avocado and sour cream, omitting the salsa verde and southwestern sauce--still excellent and much less work!! The ..."

"Wonderful! I recommend using more than 4 cups apples (they're the best part and something on the tarter side (like granny smith. I chopped the apple in about 1/2 inch squares. I also reduced the cinnamon to 3/4 tsp and used half whole wheat flour. Next time I'll add nuts, then it will be 5 stars: Easiest recipe ever for great results!"

"Very good and quick marinade. I added garlic, crushed red pepper, and more ginger to the marinade and fried it in peanut oil. Oh, and to "roast" sesame seeds, just take regular sesame seeds and either throw them in a pan or in the toaster oven to brown them. Mmmmm, so good...Can't wait to try it grilled next time!"

"Delicious! I made it with a regular (but thick graham cracker crust and served a blueberry-lemon sauce on top. Make sure you "season" it overnight-it really makes all the difference in the texture and creaminess."
