"I was skeptical with the addition of onion in here for a baby, but my little guy LOVES this! I started feeding it to him at 6 months, and now at 8 months with 4 teeth, I do not puree it, so he can experience the textures. "This is a wonderful recipe! I won a chili cookoff at work using this recipe! My teenie complaint is that if you use dry beans, the time referenced is far too short. I let it simmer for several more hours after adding the rest of the ingredients and it worked out fine. Otherwise, I made as is! Thank you for sharing!"
