    "I too used premade phyllo mini shells (bought out the store's supply)...these are FABOO...made them for "break the fast" on Yom Kippur and will make them tomorrow for my wife's Synegence party. We do leave out the bacon, being Kosher keepers, and I use a combination of Smoked and regular Gruye cheese...excellent flavour. Good Stuff Maynard!!!"
