"I love this recipe. it was the first no-bake granola bars I tried and I loved them! I used Honey and coconut instead of corn syrup and raisins. I freeze my choco chips before I used them so they don't melt and I have also tried this with sunflower seed butter instead of PB. "wow, these are very good and oh so easy.I used 3/4 cup white flour and 3/4 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 a cup of unpacked brown sugar. I might try making them with even less sugar next time. but they were not too sweet with the brown sugar.I baked them in my convection oven at 350 for 13minutes and they came out perfect.I did however on..."

"very good, and so easy to make.I also used oil instead of butter since I was out of butter and they turned out great. I also used 1 cup of unbleached white flour and 1 cup of wholewheat flour.I made 24 mini cupcakes. I like making minis for my kids. This way they get the whole muffin but it isn't huge."

"This is good, but I feel it has to be made ahead fo time so it can sit in the fridge and get really cold.I didn't add the extra coffee and it was strong enough for me without it.I also used 0% fat milk and it was still nice and thick and frothy.Great recipe!"
