    About Me

Here in Canada we are motivated more than ever to learn to make our favourite dishes ourselves, as we are far away from family and friends.

We have a passion for peasant food, wine and beer - but it is the food of families not gourmet chefs, and we can only truly enjoy it when we share it with others!

    Favorite Foods

We are a mixed culture family combining Europe and Asia, and our favourite dishes reflect this as we draw on traditional foods from Ireland & Scotland along with Japan, Korea and China. Add a little Indian, Thai, Italian, Lebanse, Moroccan, French and Polynesian THEN you would have the beginings of a long list of our favourite foods.
