    About Me

    I am the middle child of 3 daughters. I have kept close to my family tradition of Hungarian Food. I love to cook and try new recipes. I wanted to pay tribute to my mother's amazing recipes and published a cookbook in her honour using her classic time-honoured and cherished Heritage Recipes. We called it "Helen's Hungarian Heritage Recipes". It is selling well and I want to share the recipes with everyone.  The Helen of the cookbook is my chef mother and mentor. She's been perfecting these recipes for 70 years. She co-authored these treasured Hungarian family recipes with me! God Bless her - she's 85!
