"My little girl is doing an apple unit and this gave us an opportunity to spend some time in the kitchen together. It was so yummy, although I didn't find the mexican chocolate I just used bakers chocolate. It was still 5 stars all around. The whole family enjoyed this one! Thanks"

"This was amazing! My family had never had anything like it. The Apples were so good, but the cheesecake itself was so yummy, a great combination! "We branched out and tried a few new recipes for Easter. This was one. We all loved it. Even though my 8 yr old requested to substitute the olives with just plain black olives, she loved it too! "We recreated Chef Bobby Flay's Pomegranate molasses Turkey for Thaksgiving and we used this recipe because we couldn't find the real molasses anywhere! We Thoroughly enjoyed the turkey.
