"Very moist! I don't usually cook chicken breast because they tend to be dry. I was very surprised but the moistness & flavor. I used Litehouse Garden Ranch (it has bits of grated veggies in it & I'm already a big fan of Panko. Excellent! Can't wait to try it with Wild Spruce Hens!"

"Great! Made it several times. Wasn't spicy enough for me so I increased the Jalapenos from 2 to 6 and added 2 T red pepper flakes. Also I ran out in the middle of winter and Substituted 5, 14.5 oz. cans of drained diced tomatoes and it worked just fine. Pour it over Pork Tenderloin and Roast it. To Die For!!! Thanks for the post!"

"I made these in doughnut pans and I got 1 dozen big doughnuts. They are very light textured but not super big on flavor, but that is easy to remedy. From start to finish it took me 30 minutes. I will definatly keep this recipe close at hand for a very quick morning snack. Thanks, Dian"
